Our Story

 

Strength Evolution started when an unexpected knee injury occurred while playing a pick up game of basketball after a routine workout. This injury resulted in a mcl and acl tear.

The rehab process was a time of self reflection while overcoming mental and physical battles within oneself. The lowest point in life was reached when the ability to walk was a struggle and sliding across the floor was the only option. 

​

The inspiration to begin taking action was looking back at the struggles faced by our favourite  childhood  anime characters who had their own battles within themselves to overcome.

Strength Evolution represents anime inspired lifters who redefine their evolution.
